Derek Chambers has been working in financial services since 1973. After qualifying as a chartered accountant he worked in many senior positions employed in London, Jersey and Luxembourg. As General Manager for Eagle Star Europe Derek ensured for his employers the first ever visa from the Luxembourg regulators, allowing the fund to be freely marketed in the UK under the UCITS Directive provisions. Derek successfully established an independent consultancy company to the investment fund industry in Luxembourg advising many of the leading European financial institutions. Having closely researched the CEE region it was from these foundations that Derek co-founded SFM Group in 1997. Derek guides SFM Group in all strategic decisions and oversee's all of SFM Operations.

Jana FRNKOVA

Jana Frnkova was co-founder of the SFM Group in 1997. Previously she worked in financial services for 15 years, primarily in Luxembourg. Jana is responsible for the entire operational side of the SFM Group business. Her remit encompasses all aspects of running IT and the SFM network: service assurance, customer service, service delivery, systems operations and office management. Her team maintains and improves on the quality and service of SFM Group while focusing on continuously reducing costs and supporting revenue growth.

Eva FRIDRICH

Eva Fridrich is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial management, control, reporting, planning, and investor relations. Reporting to the Chairman of the Board Eva ensures the companies approach to financial management is both professional and responsible. Eva is a highly regarded professional who brings 25 years of experience in financial management in the Czech Republic and Canada. Previously Eva worked as a financial executive for Telsource (shareholder of Český Telecom), HBO and Baťa.

Jakub SYKORA

Jakub Sýkora is a professional with about 15 years of business experience, most of it in various managerial positions in top global financial companies such Credit Suisse, Raiffeisenbank, AIG. Jakub, who holds an university degree in financial management, joined SFM Group in 2005. As a Managing Director and Member of the Management Board he is responsible for branches in particular countries, especially in regards to their strategical development and sales, oversees proper growth of the businesses to sustainably increase company value. Jakub also acts as General Manager of SFM Group Czech Republic.

Jan JANCOVIC

Jan Jancovic has worked for SFM Group for 5 years in several positions. His position as Managing Director and a Member of the Management Board of SFM Group International is overall responsibility for Marketing, Product and Administration issues. A very important part of his role is the implementation of all aspects of new products, including managing his teams in the servicing of all products throughout their lifecycle. Jan completed his education overseas and has previous financial sector experience which he obtained whilst working in a bank.
